Role overview
The Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) at DOSS plays a central role in guiding product operations and implementation after the sale. This position connects product development, data analysis, operations, implementation, and client partnership, ensuring that solutions meet real-world needs and deliver value to customers.
What you will do
- Work with cross-functional client leaders to analyze operational and financial workflows and requirements during the discovery phase.
- Design data models, workflows, and integrations tailored to client needs.
- Configure and build solutions on the DOSS/ERP platform.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and support successful go-live deployments.
- Manage the full ERP lifecycle for 1-2 major clients, focusing on upper mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Help develop new product capabilities and solutions within the DOSS ERP platform.
- Contribute to best practices and process improvements across the PMO team.
