Proven ability to perform essential project management duties effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction through various channels. Proficient in utilizing technology and software for project management and construction accounting. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. At least six (6) years of relevant experience in construction, architecture, or construction engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Above-average analytical skills for interpreting schedules and developing statistical reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
