Postgraduate qualifications in Construction Management or a Certificate Course in Construction Management/Contract Management or a similar field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil works, particularly focusing on large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 7 years of experience as a Construction Planning Expert or Project Manager in overseeing/executing major bridge projects.

We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Programming & Scheduling Expert to spearhead the planning, programming, and scheduling for significant bridge projects. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in civil works, construction planning, and project management, with a demonstrated capacity to formulate and oversee intricate work schedules. This position demands a robust technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and proficiency in delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Craft comprehensive work programs and schedules for major bridge projects, guaranteeing alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Employ advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to maximize resource allocation and enhance project execution.
Continuously monitor and update project schedules to accurately reflect progress and address any delays or modifications.
Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate construction planning and scheduling into the overall project management framework.
Facilitate smooth coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Supervise and execute major bridge projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
Conduct routine progress reviews and implement corrective measures to mitigate any delays.
Provide technical direction and leadership to project teams.
Recognize potential risks and devise strategies to minimize schedule disruptions.
Evaluate schedule impacts due to claims, variations, and unforeseen events.
Engage with clients, contractors, and governmental bodies to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project schedules, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Maintain precise records of project schedules, updates, and correspondence.
Compile periodic reports and dashboards to monitor schedule performance and highlight key issues.
