Key Responsibilities

- Employ advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to maximize resource allocation and enhance project execution.
- Continuously monitor and update project schedules to accurately reflect progress and address any delays or modifications.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate construction planning and scheduling into the overall project management framework.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Supervise and execute major bridge projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct routine progress reviews and implement corrective measures to mitigate any delays.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to project teams.
- Recognize potential risks and devise strategies to minimize schedule disruptions.
