As a Senior Program Manager, you will engage directly with client and government leadership on project-related matters. Your role encompasses providing strategic direction and guidance to the project team, executing all administrative functions pertinent to government contracting—including staffing, financial oversight, and reporting—and fostering a growth mindset to identify opportunities for further client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Maintain effective communication with government contracts and technical representatives.
  • Support team development, hold members accountable, and eliminate obstacles to productivity.
  • Define and manage project management processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster team empowerment, ensuring each member is engaged and contributing meaningfully.
  • Oversee project financials and related documentation to ensure healthy margins and compliance.
  • Prioritize and manage project tasks and assignments effectively.
  • Evaluate and manage the implications of project scope changes.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Proactively escalate project risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Report to a MetroStar Director or Vice President as required.
