Senior Product Sales Manager (Starlink)

The Starlink Enterprise Sales team is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Sales Manager to drive the global adoption of Starlink. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on communities, businesses, and governments around the globe. As part of a fast-paced team with high expectations, you will need to possess a robust blend of business acumen and technical expertise, along with a thorough understanding of the Starlink product and network to help the Enterprise Sales team meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the user experience for Enterprise customers on Starlink.com, including areas such as checkout processes, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to pricing, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies to foster revenue growth and effectively advocate for these initiatives internally.
  • Assist in the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink's expanding portfolio, focusing on aspects such as pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product management.
  • Support sales engagements by interacting with customers and addressing inquiries regarding commercial models and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering.
  • Work with Sales Operations to refine go-to-market processes for new product launches.
  • Lead technical training and development initiatives for team members.
  • Represent Starlink at international conferences and events.
