We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Retention) for our partner business, TENTENS Tech. This role will focus on developing retention strategies and driving user return growth.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company specializing in streaming and social discovery platforms. Our team has successfully launched numerous platforms that are utilized by millions around the globe (except Antarctica, for now).

Key Challenges:

  • Developing and implementing a robust Retention Marketing strategy.

  • Generating, prioritizing, validating, launching, and analyzing a multitude of hypotheses regarding retention channel logic.

  • Systematically enhancing key product metrics linked to user activation, retention, and return.

  • Advancing the recommendation system logic for sending emails, SMS, and web push notifications through our proprietary ESP system.

  • Initiating and developing new user retention channels.

  • Conducting regular user and market research to discover new growth opportunities for the product.

  • Taking responsibility for strategic development and actively participating in setting departmental goals.

What We Value:

Must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, user growth, or retention/CRM initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions (collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance product and strategic planning).

  • Proficiency in creating technical specifications for development.

  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives through the validation of product hypotheses.
