Hello, I'm Hussain Dhanani, the Senior Group Product Manager at Jane. With several years of experience at this innovative company, I lead the Everboarding group, collaborating with teams across our organization to ensure new clinics can discover and adopt Jane seamlessly. This foundational work is critical; when practitioners first engage with Jane, the speed and clarity with which they find value and understand our offerings are pivotal to their long-term commitment.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Onboarding team and take charge of how we welcome new users to Jane. This role is collaborative, requiring you to work closely with product, design, support, marketing, data, and other departments to craft onboarding experiences that genuinely facilitate user engagement. You will also serve as the essential link between feature teams rolling out new capabilities (like AI Scribe) and the moment clinics see and learn to use these features.

Recently, our team completed an exciting hackathon, creating innovative solutions like AI-assisted onboarding journeys, learning agents, and conversational signup flows. I am inspired by the potential here, and I need someone who can channel that inspiration into effective systems and lasting strategies.

Your Impact

  • Enhance activation rates and minimize early churn by helping new clinics derive value from Jane more quickly and intuitively.

  • Collaborate with various departments to design cohesive onboarding experiences that align with both user needs and business objectives.

  • Develop systems and frameworks that enable feature teams to integrate new functionalities into the onboarding process smoothly, avoiding chaos and redundancy.

  • Transform onboarding into a customer-centric function by incorporating regular feedback from owners and practitioners, along with data insights, into every decision.

  • Implement new methodologies that improve our organizational support for clinics during their crucial initial weeks with Jane.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with 2-3 years specifically in growth, onboarding, activation, or early customer journey roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority, ensuring alignment across teams.
