Responsibilities
Define and advocate for the product vision and roadmap, based on customer needs and Marketing Operations best practices.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to validate opportunities and prioritize product features.
Develop concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly experiences.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos), monitor sprint progress, and adjust the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and data insights.
Track product performance against key SaaS metrics, identify challenges in Marketing Operations workflows, and drive ongoing improvements.
