As a Senior Product Manager, you will:Lead a team to create impactful and enjoyable user experiences for Asana’s key integrations with Google, Microsoft, and Slack, driving user adoption, retention, and growth. Collaborate closely with Google, Microsoft, and Slack to establish a unified roadmap that enhances Asana workflows and capitalizes on the capabilities of Asana AI, including integration with third-party AI. Synthesize data and user feedback with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer challenges, define a vision, strategize, and deliver solutions. Work with engineering, design, and other teams to efficiently execute on roadmaps. Employ a data-driven approach to establish clarity in goal setting and milestones.

The Product Management team at Asana is pivotal in shaping our product strategy and execution. We focus on transforming customer needs and opportunities into a vibrant roadmap, collaborating across functions to deliver impactful solutions that enhance team productivity and collaboration. Our mission is to redefine the Work Management category by innovating new ways for teams to work efficiently while understanding the greater purpose behind their tasks. The team works closely with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as Sales, Support, and Marketing, to launch exceptional products.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Communications Integrations team, enhancing user experiences on the most popular platforms used by knowledge workers, including Google, Microsoft, and Slack. You will play a crucial role in integrating Asana's capabilities into these platforms and facilitating connections between Asana AI, Gemini, Copilot, and other third-party AIs. As an experienced product leader, you bring deep empathy for customers and excel in complex systems thinking, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your passion for cross-functional collaboration will drive partnerships with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, and our remarkable PM team.

This position is based in our Vancouver office with a hybrid work schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while Wednesdays offer the flexibility to work from home. Working from home on Fridays is dependent on your specific role and team collaborations. Further details about in-office expectations will be shared by your recruiter during the interview process.
