The Role

As the Senior Product Manager for Partnerships & Integrations, you will operate at the crossroads of product development, engineering, and our partner ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to assess new opportunities, launch partner-driven products, and ensure our integrations are optimized for scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborating closely with Business Development, Partnerships, Agencies, and Engineering, you will translate market demands into actionable product requirements, oversee technical execution, and drive continual product success. This position is both strategic and hands-on, influencing how Cognitiv broadens its product offerings while reinforcing the partnerships that propel our growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify & qualify partner opportunities. Engage with BD, Partnership, and Agency teams on prospect calls to assess opportunities and determine where Cognitiv can add value.
  • Drive new product development. Convert partner requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), collaborate with Engineering, and guide solutions from concept to market launch.
  • Lead partner integrations. Communicate technical specifications, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure integrations are designed for scalability and performance.
  • Own ongoing product success. Collaborate with existing partners to prioritize enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize for revenue generation and overall value.
  • Communicate roadmap & performance. Provide transparent updates to internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
