You will engage in all aspects of product design, from strategic planning to detailed craftsmanship.
We prioritize simplicity at Superpower; our philosophy is that the best design is achieved through reduction. You will champion minimalism in a field that can often be convoluted.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end design process for core product interfaces, from problem identification to final implementation.
Develop and refine system-level solutions, enhancing our design system to ensure cohesive product scalability.
Collaborate with engineering, clinical, data science, and growth teams to determine product development priorities.
Transform intricate health data into clear, actionable, and emotionally engaging interfaces.
Rapidly prototype designs — we value speed and learning through actual user engagement over theoretical presentations.
Advocate for an exemplary member experience in all decision-making processes. We start with the ideal user journey and work backwards.
Contribute to product strategy — our designers do more than execute; they actively shape our direction.
Elevate the quality of work across the team through constructive feedback and exemplary practices.
