About the Role
As the Senior Brand Designer, you will take the reins of Superpower's visual identity, shaping how we are perceived in the marketplace.
This is a prestigious role for a creative leader who can drive brand evolution across all channels – from product launches to marketing campaigns, and from social media to editorial design. You'll establish the visual language that makes Superpower not just recognizable, but unforgettable.
What You'll Do
Spearhead design initiatives for brand touchpoints: product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and cultural projects.
Create designs across various mediums including web, social, print, packaging, environmental, and motion graphics.
Develop and refine the brand system, including toolkits, templates, and scalable asset libraries.
Collaborate closely with founders, product designers, engineers, and growth teams to enhance Superpower's communication strategies.
Conceptualize and execute innovative design that challenges the norm—creativity should extend beyond existing systems.
Utilize AI and emerging design tools to accelerate workflows and broaden creative horizons.
Maintain a high standard for visual excellence across every brand interaction.
Engage in constructive and thoughtful feedback—our culture values transparency and improvement.
What You Bring
6-8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, preferably within a dynamic startup, DTC brand, or prestigious agency.
A standout portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful designs. You should demonstrate strong visual sensibility and versatility across mediums, as well as a systems-based approach to design.
Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
A nimble mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—you prioritize speed without sacrificing quality.
Proficiency with Figma is essential; experience in motion design, 3D, or coding is a plus.
