Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, user experience design, interaction design, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. A technical background or experience with technical product design is advantageous. Proven experience in designing complex enterprise applications is essential. Expert proficiency in Figma. Experience in developing and maintaining effective design system components in Figma is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to user-centered design. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus. Online portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design solutions.

Nexthink is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic Product team in Madrid. In this key role, you will hold significant responsibility and your contributions will enhance the user experience for our extensive base of satisfied customers. You will:

  • Define the user experience for both new and existing product features.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and customers across multiple agile teams.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
  • Design innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and a consistent user experience.
  • Engage with customers and users to understand their needs, testing early prototypes and released features.
  • Partner with visual designers to enhance and expand our design system.
