Your Role
As a Senior Product Designer at KOHO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and product offerings. Your expertise in UI/UX design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping will be essential in crafting user experiences that are not only impressive but also deliver measurable value.
We seek a candidate who is passionate about innovation, especially in utilizing Generative AI and other AI-driven tools to enhance workflows, foster creative solutions, and refine design decision-making. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about understanding user needs and collaborates seamlessly with designers, engineers, data analysts, and product managers to create the ultimate banking experience for Canadians.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product strategy and vision, focusing on the rationale behind product development.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, customer journeys, and other artifacts to communicate design ideas effectively.
Engage in an iterative design process involving rapid prototyping, user experience research, feedback incorporation, and hypothesis testing in an agile environment.
Participate in an end-to-end product development team, collaborating with engineers early in the process and understanding the technical requirements for implementing your designs.
