THE ROLE
As a Senior Private Jet Charter Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of critical activities, including:
- Acquiring, nurturing, and retaining a diverse client base.
- Overseeing the entire charter process from the initial inquiry through to successful completion.
- Utilizing your existing industry relationships while actively seeking new revenue streams through strategic networking and prospecting.
- Negotiating competitive charter terms with aircraft operators to ensure advantageous pricing and availability.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance metrics.
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining utmost discretion in all client interactions.
- Assisting in shaping and executing the local market strategy to foster charter business growth.
- Representing the company in key client and industry forums.
- Mentoring and developing junior brokers as the team expands.
- Collaborating with senior leadership on long-term growth strategies and team development initiatives.
