Experience with heterogeneous computing (CPU/GPU/NPU), high-performance AI computing architecture, Big Data, and graphic processing is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

About the Team:

The Computing Data Application Acceleration Lab is dedicated to building a premier global data analytics platform through three specialized teams utilizing groundbreaking programming technologies. Our focus is on full-stack innovations, including software-hardware co-design and optimizing data efficiency across storage and runtime layers. We also spearhead the development of next-gen GPU architectures for gaming, cloud rendering, VR/AR, and Metaverse applications. Our mission is to enhance algorithm performance and training efficiency across various industries, ensuring long-term competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and research advancements in AI/ML, producing insightful technology reports.

  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategic technical plans and guide cross-functional teams in executing AI/ML projects.

  • Identify and understand pain points and mid-to-long-term requirements, promoting partnerships with local university professors and industry resources for collaborative projects.

  • Spot new investment opportunities and advocate for the expansion of technology teams and increased funding.

  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI/ML team.
