RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, English, History, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Communications, Accounting, Education, or a Science discipline. A minimum of 14 years of experience in DoD/Navy program management, government technical management, or industry business management roles. In-depth understanding of defense acquisition policies, program lifecycle management, and equipment integration processes. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing formal reports and briefings for senior government officials. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and program tracking tools.

Position Overview:
We are actively searching for highly skilled Senior Principal Acquisition Analysts / Program Leads with at least 12 years of substantial experience in DoD/Navy program management, government technical management, or industry business management. This pivotal role offers essential acquisition and programmatic support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound knowledge of Navy acquisition processes and lifecycle program support, showcasing proven expertise in delivering Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) for naval ship platforms and combat systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage acquisition management activities concerning the delivery, integration, and tracking of GFE and CFE for Navy ship platforms and systems.

  • Oversee and report on equipment delivery status, assess risks and problems, and devise mitigation strategies to ensure effective program execution.

  • Facilitate program planning, documentation, milestone preparation, and coordination with stakeholders across government and industry partners.

  • Evaluate schedules, cost estimates, and performance metrics to guarantee coherence with program objectives and requirements.

  • Provide acquisition support in accordance with DoD 5000 series and NAVSEA acquisition protocols.

  • Prepare and present briefings, reports, and deliverables to executive leadership and supporting program offices.

  • Act as a bridge between technical and programmatic stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

  • Contribute to initiatives focused on continuous improvement and best practices in program management and acquisition strategies.
