Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Photonics Test Engineer to spearhead the test development and operational processes for our state-of-the-art silicon photonics FMCW LiDAR technology. This role requires hands-on involvement in the creation and implementation of advanced testing methodologies, ensuring thorough validation of our photonics devices while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will establish and uphold high standards for test execution, troubleshooting, and process enhancements, leading by example with your direct contributions and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute design verification tests, analyze outcomes, and provide feedback to enhance device performance.
Collaborate with design, product, and packaging teams to define and implement die-level and wafer-level testing solutions.
Develop production test solutions for silicon photonics components, ensuring manufacturability and scalability.
Optimize and standardize testing and analysis methodologies to enhance repeatability and accuracy.
Oversee, manage, and operate automated wafer-level test (WLT) probers for silicon photonics devices.
Conduct routine setup calibrations and maintain quality control in testing processes.
Identify and address testing challenges to ensure timely and efficient execution of large-scale technical projects.
