Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience showcasing significant accomplishments in III-V development. Proficiency in III-V DFB and SOA modeling, characterization, and packaging implementation. Familiarity with photonic simulation tools such as PICS3D, Lumerical, PhotonD, or equivalent. Experience collaborating with III-V foundries, suppliers, and assembly/testing vendors. Demonstrated success in optimizing III-V devices and packaging for manufacturability and reliability.

Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Senior Photonic III-V Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation photonic and electronic integrated modules within our R&D team. The ideal candidate will take the lead on III-V device development, encompassing physical modeling, supplier management, characterization, and packaging implementation. This role necessitates an in-depth understanding of DFB and SOA design, alongside a robust knowledge of related supplier ecosystems. We value highly motivated individuals who excel in dynamic environments and possess a passion for addressing complex technological challenges that can drive significant advancements.
