Role overview
The Senior People Systems Analyst is part of the Corporate IT team in Dallas. This role centers on hands-on configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Workday Compensation modules. The position involves working closely with other departments to keep systems aligned with Harvey’s global growth.
Daily work includes maintaining accurate compensation data, developing scalable processes, and delivering systems that are reliable, compliant, and user-friendly for employees, managers, and stakeholders worldwide.
What you will do
- Lead configuration, support, and enhancement of Workday Compensation modules
- Protect the integrity and compliance of compensation data
- Develop and refine processes to support global operations
- Work with cross-functional teams to match system capabilities to business needs

Requirements
- Deep experience with Workday Compensation configuration
- Background in at least one other Workday area: reporting, security roles, integrations, or benefits
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning
- Comfort working in a rapidly changing, high-intensity environment
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
