Your Role as Senior Payments & Fintech Manager
This remote role is exclusively available to candidates legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and currently residing in the US. Occasional travel to our office in the greater Denver metro area will be necessary.
We are seeking our inaugural Senior Manager of Payments to collaborate with our SVP of Operations in scaling Builder Prime’s embedded payments and financing solutions, along with future financial technology initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for our payments function, evolving it into a significant revenue stream. You will report directly to the SVP of Operations and collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance. This is a highly visible execution role in a rapidly scaling vertical SaaS company.
As a collaborative individual contributor, you will oversee a broad range of responsibilities. We seek an operator, not a specialist, who can manage the entire payments function until it is ready to scale. An ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of payments unit economics, navigate partner relationships adeptly, and be willing to troubleshoot issues such as optimizing onboarding processes or crafting customer-facing documentation.

Oversee the complete merchant onboarding process, ensuring seamless collaboration between our internal support teams and payment partners for efficient activation.
