West Monroe is on the lookout for a skilled Partnership Alliance Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will take charge of cultivating and overseeing strategic partnerships and alliances with major technology partners like Salesforce, OpenAI, AWS, and Databricks. Your key focus will be to elevate our digital service offerings while driving revenue growth through effective collaboration and shared value creation across a diverse partner portfolio.
To propel our ambitious growth objectives, West Monroe embraces innovative approaches by enhancing alliance partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key partners, fostering open lines of communication and collaboration, and leading crucial components of Go-to-Market initiatives. Furthermore, you will work internally to synchronize efforts across various Lines of Business and Shared Services to bolster business development and client engagement. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting progress to senior management will also be vital to your success in this position.
