The Senior Partner Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving Harness' growth in the Application Security domain through strategic partnerships. This position requires a profound knowledge of the partner ecosystem, outstanding relationship management skills, and a relentless focus on closing deals. Key responsibilities include devising and implementing a strategic plan, expanding market reach, nurturing regional partnerships, and fostering collaboration with field teams. The role also entails navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with an emphasis on promoting Harness’ software and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of generating new enterprise business through channel partners, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and cloud service providers (CSPs), alongside experience in enhancing the existing partner ecosystem.
