About The Role:
- You will oversee the complete life cycle management of major events, from the moment the sales and legal teams finalize the commercial contract to the successful closing of the event.
- Acting as the primary liaison among all stakeholders, you will connect event organizers with our internal teams.
- While you will be the owner of the overall process, you will collaborate with a team, ensuring timely execution by managing tasks across departments.
- Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with our product and engineering teams to compile a comprehensive list of requirements and prioritize them accordingly.
- Develop and maintain an extensive Q&A resource to assist our user support team in addressing potential user inquiries.
