Qualifications

MD or equivalent international degree, board certified or eligible in Dermatology or related immunology specialty, with over 5 years of experience in drug development (including data review, CRF query handling, medical monitoring, and scientific writing). Exceptional communication abilities, establishing credibility to engage with Key Opinion Leaders, external health organizations, and regulatory bodies. Proven leadership in managing and overseeing global clinical programs, particularly the ESK-001 Phase 3 program in plaque psoriasis. Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams across Research, Biomarkers, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Study Teams as a specialist in Dermatology and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and scientific rigor in drug development processes. Experience in collaborating with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to ensure effective medical monitoring oversight for Phase 3 programs. Involvement in the planning and execution of publication strategies and data generation, alongside submission activities.
