Role overview

Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, the Senior Media Designer leads video production and elevates all visual content for Neostella. As video storytelling becomes central to Neostella’s brand, this role shapes the company’s on-screen presence both internally and externally. The Senior Media Designer creates engaging, brand-consistent videos that connect with audiences and support business objectives. Collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams is key to turning concepts into compelling visual stories.

What you will do

  • Direct the creative vision and production for all video and motion graphics content
  • Manage the entire video production process, including ideation, scripting, editing, and final delivery
  • Ensure each project aligns with Neostella’s brand and strategic goals
  • Work with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, events, and internal communications
  • Balance creative storytelling with efficiency and measurable results
  • Define motion design standards for Neostella
  • Mentor team members and collaborate with Neostella’s creative agency
  • Look for ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
