Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical structures, mechanisms, and assemblies for LEO/GEO satellites, small satellite platforms, and on-orbit servicing vehicles, ensuring that designs adhere to performance, mass, and reliability standards throughout the hardware lifecycle. Oversee the complete development of spacecraft structural systems and mechanisms, from concept development and trade studies to prototyping, qualification, and delivery of flight-ready hardware. Design and develop primary and secondary structures suited for launch load environments, including sine burst, random vibration, and shock, compliant with launch vehicle Interface Control Document (ICD) requirements. Lead the engineering of spacecraft mechanisms and deployment systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in flight conditions.
