About the Team: 

The Tooling and Factory Automation team operates at the convergence of design, manufacturing, and automation, creating everything from large structural fixtures to specialized tools that empower the production of Terran R. As a design group fully integrated within the manufacturing sector, we delve into the needs of our internal partners, identifying root challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and delivering hardware that enhances our speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. This team is pivotal in spearheading Relativity’s expanding factory automation initiatives, a crucial aspect of scaling the production of Terran R across current and future facilities. You will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, implement solutions, and observe their application on the factory floor. Ultimately, you will not just design tools or automated processes; you will play a key role in defining how rockets and factories are constructed.
