About the Team: 

The Tooling and Factory Automation team operates at the convergence of design, manufacturing, and automation, creating everything from large structural fixtures to precise tools that are essential for the production of Terran R. As a design group integrated within the manufacturing sector, we focus on understanding the core needs of our internal partners, identifying root problems, proposing innovative solutions, and delivering hardware that enhances production speed and efficiency. Our team is also leading the charge in Relativity’s expanding factory automation initiatives, a critical component in scaling Terran R production at our current and future facilities. You will have the freedom to make impactful decisions, implement solutions, and see them realized on the factory floor. Ultimately, you’re not just designing tools or automated processes; you are defining the future of rocket and factory construction.
