About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Strategic Finance, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business leaders to enhance our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role provides a unique perspective across the organization, acting as a primary liaison between various departments and teams. You will transform your analyses into actionable insights, effectively communicating them to key stakeholders and executives, supporting strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Figure’s long-range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting processes, including the establishment of corporate targets and variance analyses.
- Oversee Figure’s complete cost structure, focusing on maximizing contribution margins, conducting ROI analyses for business leaders, and ensuring scalability of fixed costs.
- Contribute to M&A synergy analysis and integration efforts.
- Act as a strategic partner in significant contract negotiations and develop vendor forecasts from the ground up.
- Create dashboards, scalable processes, and reports to track business results and KPIs.
- Analyze and communicate key performance indicators and drivers of change within financial results.
- Support the creation of comprehensive financial models to guide strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
