Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field5+ years of Channel Sales experience, ideally within the construction or remodeling sectors; Dealer-specific sales experience is highly valuedProven track record of strategic sales planning and driving profitable market expansionExperience managing relationships with large national accountsFamiliarity with Sales Force CRM is preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skillsExperience overseeing third-party agencies and sales representativesA valid driver’s license in good standing is requiredKnowledge of 80/20 principles, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement processes is advantageousMust reside within the specified geography, ideally near a major airportWillingness to travel as necessary, with an estimated travel commitment of 50%

The Senior Regional Sales Manager for Dealers at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is a pivotal leadership position responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to enhance the profitable sales growth of our diverse product portfolio. This role oversees all facets of Dealer channel sales within the designated US region, with a strong accountability to meet and exceed sales targets across various market segments. The successful candidate will lead our sales team in achieving performance benchmarks, while also spearheading initiatives aimed at bolstering customer satisfaction and capturing increased market share.

Key to this role is the ability to effectively segment brands and customers to provide tailored service levels that drive success. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, Dealer, you will manage a team of independent sales agencies across Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Southwest region, particularly in Texas, Arizona, or Colorado. Additionally, this position will involve cultivating relationships with key national accounts across the dealer network.
