Your Role

The Senior Manager of Portfolio Management within the Commercial Finance Group (CFG) will be an integral part of our Commercial Portfolio Management team. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers and provide strategic oversight on a diverse portfolio of conventional and construction mortgages, valued at over $3 billion, across Canada.

Your main responsibilities will encompass supervising and mentoring Account Managers and Underwriting Associates to ensure compliance with company policies and the effective management of the CFG portfolio, particularly the construction segment. This will involve ongoing loan monitoring, conducting annual reviews, and facilitating amendments or modifications, while strategically utilizing delegated authority for transaction approvals.
