Join apna, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, as we seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead comprehensive hiring initiatives across our Tech/Product and Non-Tech (Sales, Ops, Support) teams. In a fast-paced growth environment, this pivotal role demands exceptional partnership with stakeholders, adept leadership skills, and the capability to manage high-volume hiring processes while ensuring quality and consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, establishing goals, processes, and review cycles.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring across technical, product, sales, operations, and business divisions.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with Founders, CXOs, and department heads.
- Monitor funnel metrics, demand forecasting, and workforce planning dashboards.
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies, referral initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and Finance on headcount planning and budgeting.
- Ensure high quality-of-hire while effectively managing volume, speed, and candidate experience.
Qualifications for Success
- Proven track record in talent acquisition within startups or high-growth companies.
- Strong execution capabilities in both technical and business hiring.
- Ability to manage weekly metrics, dashboards, and reports effectively.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years in a managerial role.
- Thorough understanding of local labor markets and industry trends.
- Experience in promoting inclusive recruitment practices and diversity initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
