About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager for Strategy & Operations within our housing division at EliseAI. This pivotal role involves leading high-impact projects that foster growth and scalability throughout the organization. Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy cross-team collaboration, and take ownership of results. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to tackle pressing challenges—whether it’s enhancing our go-to-market strategies, refining client onboarding processes, or developing internal systems that facilitate smarter operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from boosting sales performance and refining pricing strategies to optimizing implementation and post-sale workflows.
Examine client workflows and usage patterns to uncover opportunities for automation, increased product adoption, and enhanced outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to perfect our value proposition and delivery methods for customers.
Develop internal processes and playbooks that facilitate scalability across sales, onboarding, support, and customer expansion.
Partner with leadership to uncover strategic insights and drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
