Key Responsibilities:Define, develop, and execute a forward-thinking product security strategy that incorporates AI and aligns with business goals and emerging threats. Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier talent in security, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation where team members are empowered to excel. Work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain secure systems that protect PagerDuty’s cloud environment and ensure the integrity of customer data. Establish a developer-centric security program, embedding security practices throughout the development process.

We are excited to invite a Senior Manager of Security to our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to strengthen and elevate the security posture of our technology and products.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will collaborate across multiple functions including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and IT to seamlessly integrate security into every phase of the product development lifecycle. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of our products, thereby maintaining and enhancing customer trust.

This position requires you to provide technical leadership to ensure that our product security measures are efficient, effective, and in alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background and experience in deploying product security solutions and automation to mitigate security challenges while adeptly communicating and managing security risks with executive teams.

This role is expected to be in our Atlanta office 2 days a week, allowing you to thrive in your new position and fully embrace the culture of being a Dutonian!
