At FanDuel, we are on the lookout for a talented Senior Manager of Analytics to collaborate closely with our Analytics Director and key stakeholders to enhance and refine our customer marketing analytics capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will conduct comprehensive performance analyses and trend assessments to unearth improvement opportunities and effectively communicate actionable insights and recommendations to fuel ongoing progress. This high-visibility position will engage with various departments across Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics while spearheading essential initiatives aimed at driving substantial business advancements.

- Performance Analysis & Insights: Perform detailed analyses to uncover emerging trends, customer requirements, and areas ripe for improvement. Utilize findings to make well-informed recommendations that enhance marketing strategies.
- Marketing Insights & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing strategy effectiveness. Regularly report on performance, pinpoint areas needing attention, and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Automation: Assist in CRM target selections through automated tools and proactively seek ways to streamline and automate manual processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute strategies seamlessly. Offer strategic guidance and insights to support business growth.
- Project Management: Lead and manage vital analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and on time.
