Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentGuide, mentor, and develop a high-performing Commercial sales team supporting a variety of products and services. Establish clear objectives, track performance, and provide continuous support to foster individual and team achievements. Cultivate a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture focused on execution and outcomes. Operational ManagementSupervise all daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of sales reporting requirements for partners, vendors, and executive leadership. Guarantee adherence to sales processes, partner expectations, and internal standards across all supported products. Strategic CollaborationCollaborate across functions with peers and internal departments to align priorities and stimulate business growth. Act as a central communication point between sales leadership, internal teams, and external partners. Offer insights and recommendations to enhance processes, growth strategies, and overall performance. Business PerformanceOversee pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics. Identify opportunities to expand commercial sales across a product and service portfolio. Lead by example through active engagement in sales activities, customer interactions, and account development when necessary.
