Our Marketplace division is the heartbeat of this operation, engaging across Live Streaming, third-party marketplaces, and our owned consumer channels. As we rapidly expand through various sales channels, we are developing the systems, strategies, and commercial rigor necessary to elevate Marketplace into a high-performance, margin-focused business.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketplace Strategy & Commercial Operations to serve as a pivotal connector within the Marketplace team.
This individual contributor role is tailored for someone adept at navigating the realms of strategy, execution, pricing, and performance management. Rather than overseeing a single sales channel, you will ensure the Marketplace functions as a cohesive, efficient system, aligned with objectives, operationally unimpeded, and perpetually enhancing performance.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Marketplace channel leaders (Social Commerce, 3P/Bulk, Content), Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Account Management to translate overarching company and divisional goals into actionable execution. You will own responsibilities including forecasting, pricing strategy, performance tracking, and special projects that enhance gross profit per unit.

What You’ll Own
Marketplace Performance & Forecasting
Lead Marketplace forecasting in collaboration with Finance and channel leaders (units, GMV, ASP, gross profit).
Convert top-down targets into actionable bottom-up channel plans; rigorously evaluate assumptions and proactively identify risks.Create and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that provide clear visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
