Promote robust cross-departmental collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Operations, Applications, and Business Intelligence to govern and execute shared operational systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and results. Marketing Systems OwnershipOversee the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, DemandBase, and LeanData, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and cohesive workflow across global teams. Facilitate scalable process design and platform governance to optimize global lead management, scoring, routing, and funnel efficiency. Champion training and change management initiatives related to the tech stack, maximizing usage and measurable ROI.

We are on the lookout for a strategic, analytics-oriented, and revenue-centric Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics to spearhead a high-performing team dedicated to the marketing systems, processes, and insights that drive our go-to-market strategies.

This role reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing & Operations and will be instrumental in advancing global scalability, operational excellence, and quantifiable pipeline impact through the alignment of marketing initiatives with revenue strategies. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in B2B marketing operations, data architecture, and performance analytics, championing innovation and continuous enhancement within a cohesive technology ecosystem.
