What you’ll do
Become an integral part of a brand poised to transform the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Designing and implementing Scout Motors’ Sales & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, connecting commercial strategy, industrial rigor, and financial planning across the organization.
- Leading stakeholder alignment among Sales, Production, Finance, and Operations to establish an agile, data-driven planning rhythm that facilitates rapid growth.
- Developing and refining long-term demand forecasting models and planning systems that align customer insights with supply capabilities, balancing global aspirations with local market demands.
- Championing planning systems and tools in collaboration with IT and data teams to ensure transparency, facilitate scenario planning, and provide executive-ready insights.
- Driving executive planning processes, ensuring the leadership team has the insights required for confident, integrated decision-making.
- Incorporating dynamic market signals—from reservation trends to field insights—to optimize planning and execution.
