Role Overview
In the capacity of the Senior Manager of HR Operations, you will be at the forefront of managing our essential HR functions. This role focuses on the complete employee lifecycle while striving for operational excellence across key areas such as payroll, compliance, benefits administration, HR help-desk management, vendor relations, and governance. You will oversee a dynamic team and emphasize process improvement, automation, and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit while maintaining high-quality service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure seamless Payroll, compliance, benefits, and HR documentation management in collaboration with internal partners.
- Manage the Employee Help-desk to enhance resolution efficiency and service quality.
- Lead HR governance, ensure adherence to policies, and conduct process audits for compliance and hygiene.
- Evaluate and manage HR vendors including payroll services, background check providers, insurance, and more.
- Present people analytics and dashboards utilizing Google Sheets and HR management systems.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of HR processes.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance HR Ops team.
