Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Fleet & B2B Services will lead Scout Motors’ efforts to transform the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV space for commercial customers. This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the Fleet & Cloud strategy for software and services, ensuring alignment with company goals, revenue targets, and vehicle sales forecasts.
  • Identify and prioritize new revenue streams using data analytics and competitive research to drive innovation in products and services.
  • Implement the Fleet & B2B strategy for Scout by working closely with teams in marketing, sales, and aftersales to deliver a comprehensive fleet solution for commercial vehicle managers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B and cloud initiatives with the Rivian-Volkswagen Technologies joint venture, focusing on feature alignment, roadmap coordination, and smooth software integration.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch, daily operations, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and business cases to support funding for fleet-focused projects.
