Role overview
The Senior Manager, Activation Strategy & Operations plays a central role in shaping Fora’s advisor activation programs. Reporting to the Head of Activation, this leader designs and runs experiments, manages cross-functional OKRs, and translates insights into scalable initiatives that support advisor growth.
This position is highly visible and leans on strong individual contribution. The work shifts between strategic planning and hands-on execution, often in ambiguous situations. Success comes from seeing every launch as the start of ongoing improvement, not the finish line.
