Role Overview: Senior Manager, Activation Strategy & Operations
The Senior Manager, Activation Strategy & Operations leads strategic and analytical work for Fora’s advisor activation programs. This role reports to the Head of Activation and is responsible for designing and running experiments, managing cross-functional OKRs, and turning insights into scalable initiatives that drive advisor growth.
This position is highly visible and focused on individual contribution. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to shift quickly between planning and hands-on execution, and a mindset that sees "launched" as only the beginning of ongoing improvement.
