The Department: Customer Support (Ledger Operations)
Our team is dedicated to being data-driven and customer-oriented. Members collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and corporate operational stakeholders to ensure accurate data reconciliation. Our projects range from urgent short-term solutions to long-term designs aimed at enhancing scalability and automation. The primary objective of Ledger Operations is to ensure high-quality data reconciliation, proactive monitoring, and minimizing delays for reactive resolutions. This team is tasked with developing the next-generation reconciliation tools to sustain and enhance Gemini's internal reconciliation processes.
The Role: Senior Ledger Operations Engineer
This role requires in-person attendance at our New York City office twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain API adapters for Gemini's trade data.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for ledger operations.
- Automate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Enhance SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of ledger reconciliation processes and analytics reporting.
