Role overview
The Senior Learning Solutions Specialist shapes and adapts Multiverse’s core learning experiences and materials to fit the needs of clients and learners. This role directly influences client engagement and learner retention.
What you will do
- Work with product and curriculum teams, sales leaders, and operational stakeholders to identify where learning materials can be customized.
- For complex projects, connect directly with clients to understand and address their specific challenges.
- Once changes are approved, coordinate resources and stakeholders to implement updates in learning materials.
- Support coaches and communicate changes clearly to both clients and learners.
What you bring
- Experience adapting learning solutions or educational content to meet varied client needs.
- Strong understanding of how curriculum changes can drive measurable results, even if not an expert in every subject area.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
