Role Overview:
As the Senior Internal Events Manager, you will spearhead our internal events strategy and execution, creating impactful in-person and hybrid experiences that embody our culture, values, and business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Employee Experience, you will collaborate closely with key leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute significant events such as our annual Revenue Kickoff (RKO), leadership meetings, company-wide All Hands, team offsites, holiday celebrations, and other initiatives designed to engage, align, and inspire our teams.
You will establish a standardized framework for internal event planning that aligns with our company priorities and the employee experience we strive to cultivate. As a strategic partner to event owners and executives, you will collaborate early in the planning process to shape objectives, content direction, and anticipated outcomes.
While primarily focused on internal events, you will work in conjunction with our Workplace leader on experiences held within our offices, including team onsites and company celebrations. Occasionally, you may provide operational support to ensure a seamless in-office experience during peak periods. You may also collaborate with our external events team to support internal enablement for teams participating in external events, ensuring consistency with our internal standards and objectives.
