As a Senior Instructional Designer within our Customer Experience team, you will be pivotal in crafting and delivering exceptional educational content tailored for our clients. Collaborating closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams, you will develop innovative learning solutions designed to enhance product adoption, improve customer retention, and bolster internal training initiatives. Your achievements will be measured by the success of our customers in navigating our products, the rate of product adoption, the swift realization of value, and the preparedness of our internal workforce.
 
Candidates in proximity to an HHAeXchange office (e.g., New York, Miami, Minneapolis) are expected to embrace a hybrid work model, typically spending three days in the office and working remotely on the remaining days, depending on business requirements.
