Role Overview: Senior Industry Marketing Manager

This position focuses on growing and accelerating the sales pipeline for Gong’s Industry Expansion team. The role centers on key sectors, including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. The Senior Industry Marketing Manager will develop and execute industry-focused revenue marketing and demand generation programs. These initiatives will blend demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and field marketing to drive results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead pipeline development and acceleration efforts for targeted industries.
  • Design and implement marketing programs tailored to Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and other sectors.
  • Build demand generation marketing plans for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, with a strong focus on Enterprise.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Industry Expansion and their leadership team as a key marketing collaborator.
  • Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams, including Demand Generation, Growth, Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Events.
  • Develop scalable industry revenue marketing strategies that deliver high-quality pipelines for priority industries.
